Purpose Statement:
The Independent Representative Council (IRC) is an organization comprised of independent
commercial facility contractors representing common facility automation and security
system platforms and a knowledge-based cooperative of systems integrators. Our members
specialize in the design and implementation of Facilities and Process control systems,
Enterprise Security Systems, Facility Maintenance Services, Energy Services, and
the representation of other value-added products and services.
Our substantial membership of over 50 member companies provides consistent application,
coordination, and support for commercial facility owners across North America.
We are the largest independent organization
of its kind in the United States, with a combined revenue stream exceeding $500
million dollars US.
